Seeks Fair Candidates
The St. Croix County Fair committee is looking for candidates to become Fairest of the Fair.
The competition is open to anyone 18 years of age or older as of Jan. 1, and who has lived in St. Croix County for the past year. Affiliation with 4-H is not required.
The selected individual will serve a one-year term as the official ambassador and hostess of the St. Croix County Fair and will partake in activities throughout the year promoting awareness of and participation in the county fair. The Fairest committee is also in search of girls ages 8-10 to run for Junior Fairest. The 2011 county fair will be held July 20-24 in Glenwood City.
